MERCHANDISE RETURNS

IAP Experts will
accept authorized returns on merchandise purchased
in the last 21 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless directly related to an error
on IAP Experts behalf.
The following merchandise is not acceptable for return:

- * Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire, or weather.
- * Items installed on vehicle.
- * Items purchased more than 21 days.
- * Items that have been special ordered (this includes used parts from 3rd party
vendors
- * Items returned without original packaging.
- * Items disassembled or tampered with.
Cores:
- * All cores must have been purchased from IAP Experts within the last 60 days.
- * All cores must be returned in the original carton.
- * All fluids must be drained from the core.
- * Cores must be complete, assembled, and able to be rebuilt. Cores missing parts,
broken housing, and damage by abuse, fire, water or weather will not be accepted.
- * Critical core items (i.e. Cylinder heads, turbo chargers) may require
manufacturer acceptance prior to credit being issued.
